About Us
A Lifeline for Your Family — Founded by a Nurse Who Cares
Who We Are
Our Commitment to You
Lifeline Home Health, founded by nurse Ashley Questad, provides compassionate in-home care to clients in Tri-Cities, Yakima, and Spokane. We focus on skilled nursing and personal support to promote healing and dignity.
At Lifeline Home Health, we’re here to make home feel safe again — with care that’s personal, professional, and rooted in the community. We provide both skilled and non-medical in-home care across Tri-Cities, Spokane, and Yakima with one clear mission:
To support healing, dignity, and independence through nurse-guided care in the comfort of home.
Meet Our Founder — Ashley Questad, RN, BSN
“Time is the most valuable thing we have — and most of us don’t realize how quickly it slips away.
It’s the moments.
The power of home.
The healing that happens when care is delivered with presence, love, and purpose.
- Welcoming a new baby home and navigating postpartum healing,
- Recovering after surgery,
- Facing a chronic illness or memory loss, or
- Simply needing trusted support to age in place —
“Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord.”
— Romans 12:10–11
Our Core Values
Principles Guiding Our Care Philosophy
Faith, Family, and Community
Lifeline was built on the belief that people matter most — not systems, not profits, not policies. We’re rooted in faith, family, and community — and we care for our clients like they’re part of ours, whether they live surrounded by loved ones or alone.
Skilled, Nurse-Led Care for All
We offer both skilled nursing and non-skilled personal care, delivered by licensed, compassionate RNs, CNAs, and home care aides. Our care is professional, personalized, and deeply respectful — especially for those navigating complex illnesses or aging with limited support.
Serving EEOICPA / White Card Clients with Honor
Lifeline is proud to serve DOL EEOICPA White Card patients — former nuclear workers who gave so much to this country. Whether you have family nearby or not, we are honored to provide you with high-quality in-home support, trained caregivers, and RN oversight that treats you with the dignity you’ve earned. No one is forgotten. No one is left behind.
Empowering Families — and Standing In When There’s No One Else
We train and support family caregivers through our Family First Program, but we also serve individuals who may not have family available. In those cases, our team becomes your support system — with consistency, respect, and real human connection.
Faith-Fueled Purpose
“Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love… fervent in spirit; serving the Lord.” (Romans 12:10–11). Whether you’re caring for a loved one — or you’re the one who needs care — we believe you deserve to feel seen, supported, and safe. That’s what Lifeline is here for.
OUR CORE MESSAGE
