About the Program
Lifeline Home Health provides VA Community Care–authorized home health and in-home care services for Veterans across Washington State, including the Tri-Cities, Yakima, Spokane, and surrounding rural communities. As an approved VA Community Care Network (CCN) provider, we deliver skilled nursing and supportive care services that help Veterans safely remain at home while receiving coordinated, high-quality care.
